• Welcome to The 5 Star Marching page! The Wisdom High School Band, also known as the “5 Star Mighty Band”, is one of the finest bands in the Houston area. The band provides a platform for students to not only express themselves through music, but to develop self-discipline, self-motivation, and an inner drive for excellence in all endeavors. We are a community-based, music-making collective that believes in using music to help fuel social change, have fun, and build a community. Our students, staff, volunteers and alumni are recognized locally, regionally and nationally for their hard work ethic and commitment to excellence.
