Mr. Calmese comes to the Bayou City by way of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He is joining Lee High School to provide support with ATS.  He is a certified Special Education Teacher and PBIS Facilitator (Positive Behavior Intervention Support); who specializes in problem solving and team building.  He has experience as a Girls Basketball Coach and Head Coed Track & Field Coach and experience with mentoring and developing young people on an interpersonal level.  These skills will be utilized at Lee High School to provide Interventions, supports and in addition to a mentor for the Young Men’s Club.
