    Week of the Young Child
    The 2015 Week of the Young Child is April 12-18 and the theme is Celebrating Our Youngest Learners!®. This is an annual celebration sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The purpose is to focus public attention on the needs of young children and their families and to recognize the early childhood programs and services that meet those needs.
     
    Semana del Dia del Niño
    La Semana del Dia del Niño™ sera del 12 al 18 de abril y el tema es Celebrando a Nuestro Jovenes Aprendizes®. Esta celebracion anual es patrocinada por la Asociacion Nacional para la Educacion de Niños Pequeños (NAEYC). El proposito es de enfocar la atencion publica a las necesidades de los niños pequeños y sus familias y reconecer los programas de educacion temprana y los servicios que se enfocan en esas necesidades.

    At Ninfa Laurenzo ECC we believe that teaching against bullying begins in the student’s earlier years. We provide adequate modeling from the adults including the school staff and parents that receive information about the topic in our parenting classes offered at the beginning of each school year.
