Coach Reyes is the Girls Head Wrestling Coach.

Prior to returning to Chavez, she coached various sports at various levels. As an alum, her heart is a Lobo and is proud to be able to contribute to the growing wrestling program at Chavez. 

Student athletes interested in joining wrestling can expect to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and competitiveness. The physical and mental demands of wrestling are what make this sport unique and will challenge your toughness. Wrestlers will develop discipline, agility, balance, and strength. Student athletes who can meet this challenge will gain respect for the sport and feel great accomplishment win, lose, or draw. 

Our goal is to continue to grow the program in both the boys’ and girls’ participation so that we can compete year in and year out for post season accolades.
