DeBakey HS Entrance Agreement
To ensure that both parents and students have an understanding of the school expectations, a signed entrance agreement needs to be submitted on the survey link sent via email.

May 21st, Saturday - Parent Student Orientation
2 Sessions will be available (7:45am-12pm or 12:45pm-5pm). Registration will be required as well as bringing a copy of the most recent 8th grade report card. PTO will be on campus for uniform sales.

May 21st 3pm- Course Selection form will close.
Requests for classes will not be allowed after this time.

May 27th - Online Enrollment Registration DUE
All NON-HISD students are REQUIRED to complete enrollment through the HISD Connect Portal. Click on how to complete the process.

June 15th- Documents required
Parents drop off Final 8th Grade report card, school records, and forms (enrollment packet)

August 15-19th-Laptop Distribution
Students will pick up laptops.
