• Tuesday, December 10, 2024 - Auditions Materials may be uploaded and Dance Audition Times Sign Up begins at https://app.getacceptd.com/kinderhspva 
• Wednesday, January 8, 2025 (6:30 pm - 8:30 pm) - Magnet Open House
• Thursday, February 13, 2025 - Dance Audition Sign Up Deadline
• Saturday, February 15, 2025 - Dance Auditions (First Round)
• Friday, February 21, 2025 - Auditions Due (all departments except Dance)
• Saturday, March 1, 2025 - Callbacks (all departments) - By invitation only
• Thursday, March 20, 2025 - Notification Day (via ChooseHISD.com)

Magnet Tours @ Kinder HSPVA

Tours of Kinder HSPVA for prospective students and families will be conducted on Thursdays at 1:00 pm on the following dates:

• October 10, 2024
• October 17, 2024
• October 24, 2024
• November 7, 2024
• November 14, 2024
• November 21, 2024
• December 5, 2024
• December 12, 2024
• January 9, 2025
• January 16, 2025
• January 23, 2025
• January 30, 2025
• February 6, 2025

Important Information:

• Reservations are not required.
• The tours will last approximately 75 minutes.
• State-issued ID is required for all guests over 18.
• Doors open at 12:45 pm.
• We are unable to accomodate guests who arrive after 1:10 pm.
• HSPVA does not have public parking.  Street parking is available, please pay attention to city signage.  Paid parking is available at nearby surface lots and garages. Discounted parking ($5) is available directly across the street at 811 Caroline St.  Bring your ticket to HSPVA and it will be validated.
• Tours are not available at any other times.

Magnet Open House - Wednesday, January 8, 2025

• The event will feature student performances and provide prospective parents and students opportunities to meet with art area faculty.
• Reservations are not required.
• The open house will last approximately two (2) hours.
• Doors open at 6:00 pm.
• HSPVA does not have public parking.  Street parking is available, please pay attention to city signage.  Paid parking is available at nearby surface lots and garages. Discounted parking ($5) is available directly across the street at 811 Caroline St.  Bring your ticket to HSPVA and it will be validated.
