    3. Review this link for information regarding required immunizations Immunization requirements. Make sure your student’s immunization records have been uploaded to the PowerSchool website under the registration tab.  
    4. We strongly encourage you to review the Hazel health information and either OPT IN or OPT OUT. www.houstonisd.org/telehealth. This is a useful service that HISD provides to allow your children access to healthcare in school for minor illnesses or mental health. This could mean less absences for your child and less work missed for you!
