Mondays after school in Ms. Rodriguez room C125 at 4:00p.m.–5:00p.m.

(Random meetings on Friday at7:45a.m.–8:00a.m.for special occasions)

Duties of the Officers

• President
  1. Preside over all meetings.
  2. Call special meetings.
  3. Be the chief executive of the Organization.
• Vice – President
  1. Exercise presidential duties in absence of the president
  2. Make sure event registration and event evaluation forms are complete.
  3. Perform any duties delegated by the president.
• Secretary
  1. Record and keep accurate minutes of all meetings.
  2. Print and distribute agenda for all meetings.
  3. Make a report to the President at the end of each month.
• Treasurer
  1. Handle fundraisings and finances for club.
  2. Keep financial records and collect dues.
  3. Make a report to the President at the end of each month.
