    Westbury High School Head Varsity Girls Coach has spent seven years of coaching at Westbury.

     

    My Coaching Philosophy:

     

    I will emphasize the development of the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological areas of the game, with the longer-term goals of producing well-rounded, complete soccer players and helping each individual player reach their potential.  To this end, particularly for younger players, I will stress technical proficiency and tactical flexibility, emphasizing maintaining shape and creating space.

      

    I consider building a person's character just as important as developing his or her skills. Through my words and deeds, I will teach my players the values of respect, resilience, empathy, teamwork, and sportsmanship that will benefit them long after high school.
