K-12 Transfers
Phase 1: Sept. 19 - Nov. 6, 2020	Qualified in-district applications received during this phase will be entered into lotteries or be offered auditions.
K-12 Notification Date:	January 28, 2021
Notification Date Offers*	For offers received on January 28, 2021, applicants are provided until February 18, 2021 to respond to the offer and make arrangements to confirm the offered seat.
Phase 2: Nov. 7 - March 5, 2021*	Qualified in-district applications received during this phase will be offered auditions or seats on a space available basis
Phase 3: Feb 27 - onwards	In-district applicants new to HISD and out-of-district applications will be considered on a space available basis.
Pre-K Transfers
Phase 1: Sept. 19 - April 30	Qualified in-district, TEA Eligible and Tuition-based applications during this phase will be entered into lotteries but have separate notification dates.
Notification Date to TEA Eligible:	May 20, 2021
Notification Date to Tuition-based:	June 3, 2021
Phase 2: May 1 - ongoing
