I am very grateful, excited and proud to be a part of the Yates High School team this year. Spanish was my first language growing up and I still speak it on a regular basis along being able to read and write it.

I think learning a new language is a lifelong journey and should not end as soon as students graduate high school. Learning a new language can open students up to new experiences, social interactions and career opportunities.
