- As it relates to the 90% rule, students must be presented 90% of the time to be awarded credit, regardless of excused or unexcused. If a student passes and is not present 90% of the time the credit is denied.

Attendance Appeal (asterisk removal)
-

If a student is not present 90% of the time, credit is denied and "NG" is posted to transcript (No Grade.)
- All students who received asterisks for C4 and C5, received a letter stating there is a possibility they may need summer school for NG's.
- This semester, we notified students in advance in an effort to be proactive to remove the asterisk BEFORE it is posted to transcript.
- Although we may have collected some logs, we cannot enter them until the semester ends. This is why they are included on the potential summer school list.
- Tracking of hours will be done for those who have turned in the attendance and students who will need summer school will receive notification Monday, June 1.
- Please turn in any attendance hours by Wednesday, 12:00 pm.
