    Whether you’re a parent considering Jack Yates for your child, a parent of an incoming student at Jack Yates, or already a proud Lion parent; we encourage you to get involved! The Jack Yates HS PTO is a great way to meet fellow Lion parents and faculty as well as stay in tune to what's happening on campus. We strive to help create a welcoming environment to foster parent involvement, keep parents informed, and support Lion's faculty and staff. 
     
    The PTO provides funds and volunteer support for a variety of events at The Den that benefit all of our students, including:
    • Teacher Appreciation Events
    • Teacher Wish Lists
    • Homecoming Events
    • College Night
    • Resources for New & Current Parents
    • Campus Improvements
