My name is Jason Lewis M. Ed., and I am proud to be a Jack Yates Lion Alumni! I received a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Alcorn State University, and my Masters in Secondary Education from Alcorn State University, "GO BRAVES".  I am certified to teach Early Childhood through Secondary Physical Education. This will be my 19th year working in the Houston Independent School District. This year, I will be working as the Graduation Lab Teacher, Head Boys Wrestling Coach, and Assistant Football Coach.

I have a true passion for working with our young adults!  Helping each child progress in all areas of their development in academic growth, social emotional learning, language/communication skills, and motor skills is a challenge that I am honored to accept daily.  I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a safe, positive, and fun environment.
