No grade (NG) is issued when a student has 3 or more absences (excused or unexcused) in each class.  An NG means that there is no grade and no credit given.  The best way to prevent an NG is to go to every class, every day.

When an NG is given, there may be an opportunity to appeal through the Attendance Appeal process.
