     LTC Dennis J. O’Driscoll is the Senior Army Instructor for Bellaire’s Cardinal Battalion.  He is a 1977 Distinguished Military Graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education.  In 1985 he earned a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Auburn University.  His military education includes the Infantry Officer Basic and Advance Courses, the Combined Service Staff School, and the Command and General Staff College.

    LTC O’Driscoll retired from the U.S. Army in 1998 after 21 years of service as an Infantry Officer.  His previous assignments include Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer and Battalion Assistant Operation Officer with the Berlin Brigade, Berlin Germany; Company Commander and Battalion Executive Officer with the 1st Infantry Training Brigade, Ft. Benning, Georgia; Company and Battalion Tactical Officer and Regimental Executive Officer with the United States Corps of Cadets at the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York; Assistant Division Operations Officer and Battalion Operations Officer with the 7th Infantry Division (Light), Fort Ord, California; Inspector General with the Department of the Army Inspector General Agency, The Pentagon, Washington, D.C.;  and as the Associate Director of Admissions for the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York.

    LTC O’Driscoll’s military awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit, four Meritorious Service Medals, two Army commendation Medals, Army Achievement Medal, Army of Occupation Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Airborne, Air Assault and Pathfinder Badges and  Ranger Tab.  

     
     
     
     
    CSM Brian Briggs

    Command Sergeant Major Brian S. Briggs (Retired) is native of Providence, Rhode Island and was assigned to Bellaire H.S. in January 4, 2011.  He retired from the United States Army after 27 years of service and three tours of combat in Iraq.  He served in various leadership positions in the Armor, Cavalry and Infantry communities ranging from M1 Abrams Crewman to Infantry Battalion and Armored Cavalry Regiment Command Sergeant Major.  Prior to his assignment to Bellaire H.S., he was assigned as an Assistant Professor of Military Science at both the University of Houston and Texas Southern University.
