Cigna Dental Benefits include workout programs

If you are enrolled in a Cigna Dental plan, you have access to www.Cigna.com and a wealth of wellness programs. To access more than 800 on-demand video workouts, simply login to the Cigna website (or create a login and password) and click on “Healthy Rewards Discount Program” under the Wellness tab. Click on the blue “Exercise & Physical Fitness” tab and scroll down to “Fitness Discounts.”

Active & Fit: Click “Learn More” under “Low-Cost Fitness Center Memberships.” This will take you to the Active & Fit Direct website, where you can sign up for $25 a month to access on-demand workouts. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the enrollment fee has been waived.

Daily Burn: Return to the Cigna website and below that find “Get fit in the comfort of your own home with Daily Burn.” Click on “Learn More” and you can sign up for 60 days free of Daily Burn plus 25% off a monthly membership, which is $14.95.
