Orchestra: MPVA Magnet Program Audition Requirements

Students with experience will audition with 1 prepared solo (1½-2 minute excerpt), and 1 or 2 scales of their choice (advanced students should play scales in 2-3 octaves). For orchestra auditions with limited playing experience, the MAMA exam score will serve as your audition for beginning orchestra placement.
