This is my first year at East Early College High School and I am looking forward to a fantastic year. This will be my twenty-fourth year in public education. I was an Administrator for ten years and a Career and Technology Teacher for thirteen years prior to coming to this wonderful campus. I bring with me not only Secondary Education experience but Post Secondary as well. I had the opportunity to educate teachers that were new to teaching and for nine years I managed Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship programs in Texas and Louisiana. My Apprenticeship work allowed me to work with some of the largest companies in Houston. I am glad to be back in the classroom teaching my favorite subject, Engineering. Engineering touches every part of our daily life and the opportunity and rewards for Engineers grows every year.
