• Do you like to talk, do you like to argue, do you like to be right all the time, do you like to win….well come join the Debate club.  EECHS Debate is a competitive Club.  Students will learn and compete in different formats of debate such cross examination; Lincoln Douglas; Worlds School Debate; Congressional and Public Forum. As a debater you will learn different forms of debate techniques as well as a possibility of earning scholarship monies from different tournaments.  You will be meeting with other debaters from other schools where long lasting friendships are made. We also have an end of the year tournament with Houston Urban Debate League city championship where students could year a trip to the national competition
