The most enjoyable thing about teaching visual arts is helping students learn to see in new ways, as they go about solving problems and expanding their horizons. Progression in the arts works with process, which means positive work ethic along with a healthy dose of artistic risk-taking.  In the end, having good work is the icing on the cake.
