G/T testing has concluded for the 23-24 school year.

HISD offers gifted and talented (G/T) testing once per school year. G/T testing during the 23-24 school year, is for placement starting the 24-25 school year.  Any student not already identified as G/T may participate in testing. 

Students in grades 6-8, who reside in the Lanier attendance zone, and do not currently attend an HISD campus, may participate in G/T testing at Lanier.

Please use this link to apply for testing for your student and this link to complete the Lanier Request for G/T Evaluation Google form.  

To ensure families have all the information they need before the application and lottery process closes, you MUST request testing for your student no later than December 8, 2023.
