Employee Relations

The purpose of the Employee Relations Department is to improve employer-employee relations by fostering and maintaining professional standards of conduct. The department also serves as a resource to guide district administrators through the disciplinary and grievance processes in a manner that adheres to district policy and State law. This includes providing support with issues related to EEO and EEOC concerns.
