Board Services Office

The Board Services Department coordinates the HISD School Board schedules and provides administrative services to board members.

In addition, Board Services coordinates the preparation of agendas for School Board meetings, including hearings, workshops, and board committee meetings. A notice containing a summary of each meeting agenda is published online and on physical bulletin boards 72 hours in advance of each board and board committee meeting. (For a Spanish version of the notices, visit the HISD español site.) The full agenda for each regular monthly board meeting is provided online to HISD staff and the public.
