    Lamar has been chosen to be the recipient of the 2019/2020 Schlumberger Coding Club Grant! The grant is a $3,000 grant given to the Coding and Robotics Clubs.

    AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award

    Lamar recently received the College Board AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award! This honor acknowledges the work Lamar has done to close the gender equity gap in Computer Science. Out of 18,000 schools that offer AP courses Lamar was one of the 685 to receive this honor. We are extremely proud of all of our 9th grade AP Computer Science Principles students and the work they have accomplished this year as they begin their chosen pathway.
