• All Players Must Contact and Have the Coach’s Permission to Participate in Soccer, Please E-mail the Coach with Your Player’s Name, Any Soccer Information, and Level of Experience. Class Times Are: 3rd Period (Advanced) and 7th Period (Freshman/Incoming New Students).  There Will Be Try-outs All Year in Each Class Only. Soccer Is a Competitive Sport That Needs Your Full Commitment and Participation During All Classes, Training Sessions, Practices, and Games.  Additional Fees Apply for Program Cost Not Covered by Hisd.

    The Lamar High School men’s soccer program is among the most competitive soccer programs in the Houston area.  We strive to create a safe, fun, and highly competitive soccer learning environment for our student-athletes.  We offer 3 levels of competitive teams based on technical soccer skill, in game mental ability, classroom excellence, and overall student leadership.  

    Competing for district titles, making the playoffs, and dominating in local and state tournaments are among the many goals we have set within the program.  Our program has accumulated many players who have been awarded All-District Selections and aspire to compete and gains     collegiate attention each season, all while focusing on academic success above all. 

    The Lamar men’s soccer program prides itself on creating and fostering ones individual dedication and determination in pursuit of goals set forth, while maintaining integrity and sportsmanship to successfully compete against the talented teams on a global scale.
