Club Motto: Bugs are cool!

Club Objectives:

-Educate club members, in a fun way, about different types of bugs

-Create awareness in the Lamar Community about the important role bugs play in our environment.

-Learn to identify bugs

-Create a safe and exciting space so that students can learn to appreciate bugs rather than be afraid of them. 

Activity Descriptions: Activities will be centered around having fun while also learning about insects. They will include: games (ie. Bug Jeopardy, Bug Bingo, Kahoot); presentations; a bug hunt; movies; art-making; cookie decorating; building terrariums, crafts, origami, and photography. 

Membership Requirements: Other than registering that you are coming to the meeting beforehand so we can prepare properly.

Meeting Location: Ms. Watson's room (11A Lab)

Meeting Time & Date: Each Tuesday during the second half of lunch
