11^th Grade SAT – Wednesday, March 22nd

All Lamar 11^th graders will be taking the school day SAT, free of charge, on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.   All students are required to take the SAT for federal accountability, even if they are not planning to use these scores for college.  

Students who are testing must arrive on campus by 8:30 AM. It is important that students are on time, as students arriving late will not be allowed to test.

Once finished testing about 1:15 PM, students taking the SAT will be released for a 30 minute lunch. They will eat during 6^th period. Their attendance will be corrected, if they tested that morning.

LATE Start for non-testing students on March 22^nd

All 9^th, 10^th, and 12^th graders will have LATE start on March 22, 2023, starting at 1:20 PM. Non-testing students may start arriving on campus for lunch at 12:30 PM. 6^th period will begin at 1:20 PM. Students riding HISD transportation will be monitored in the Grand Hall before school begins.
