APPOINTMENTS: Our state required daily attendance is taken every day at 10:15 a.m. Please ask your parents to schedule your appointments (dentist, doctor, orthodontist, etc.) after school. In the event it is absolutely necessary to miss instructional time for an appointment, please schedule the appointment so that you do not leave class until after 10:15 a.m. School staff will not be able to facilitate the pick-up of students from 3:15 – 3:30; therefore, parents please do not plan appointments at such a time that it would necessitate a pick-up time during the last 15 minutes of school. Additionally, please do not schedule appointments during state-mandated exams (TAKS, EOC, Stanford). A testing calendar can be accessed on Lanier’s website. Your cooperation is appreciated with this.
