US Lacrosse Membership: All members of the lacrosse team must have US Lacrosse membership. www.usalacrosse.com/membership (approx. $35)

HISD Medical Forms for Sports: All Lamar lacrosse players must complete the appropriate medical forms required by HISD. www.houstonisd.org/Page/189081

PE Credit: Upon completing the relevant forms, team members can receive PE Credit for participation in Lamar lacrosse. www.houstonisd.org/Page/32361

Team Dues: $400 per player. This covers costs associated with THSLL membership, scheduling fees, team uniforms, etc. This fee is paid directly to the Treasurer of the Lamar Lacrosse Club. briansmithtx@hotmail.com

South Campus Membership: $635 per player. This covers South Campus field costs, maintenance, nets, field striping, field equipment, referees’ fees, trainers for home games, etc. Players will be alerted when the registration link opens at www.hylax.org (usually sometime in November).

Scholarships: We realize that the club fees are not a small cost, and we don’t want any athlete to be discouraged from playing due to financial reasons. Therefore, Lamar Lacrosse provides scholarships (partial or full) for need-based situations. In addition, we will apply for a US Lacrosse grant for several sets of equipment for the 2024-2025 season.
