    • 10 Best Practices for Online Surfing:

      1- Create a strong password.

      2- Keep personal information private. Do not give out personal information to anyone not on your contact list.

      3- Keep your privacy settings on while surfing the net.

      4- Use a secure VPN. Public WiFi such as you can use in a coffee shop or restaurant is NOT safe.

      5- Purchase only from a secure site. 

      6- Be careful what you download. You might be downloading a virus or malware.

      7- Don't post anything you wouldn't want your mother to see. 

      8- Be suspicious of strangers online. Only accept calls and texts from your contact list.

      9- Keep your antivirus current.

      10- Use courtesy while surfing. If you need to be something, be kind!
