Robotics at Burbank Middle School is both a club and an elective. It is open to all grade levels, 6, 7, and 8. There are two course sections of robotics where you can learn to build and program robots using Legos during the day. You can also join one of our active FIRST Lego League teams and participate in their tournaments. Our robotics students also participate in additional programming and robotics tournaments throughout the year.

This November, our students will be participating in the Sphero Tournament in Richmond, TX.  This tournament is part of the Sphero Global Challenge, a STEM-oriented set of challenges that will test our students' inventiveness and skills. The challenges where or roboticists will participate are:

Spies on the Move    Spies like Bolt

For more information about the Sphero Global Challenge, please click SPHERO
