    Isaiah Tristan—Reagan High School

     

    Isaiah Tristan plans to attend Rice University to study astronomy and astrophysics. He has been recognized as an Advanced Placement Scholar with Honor and a National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholar. He lists his favorite subject as science.

     

    Tristan received instruction at parochial schools before coming to Reagan. He has been active on his school’s Ecology Club, and when not studying, he enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing video games.

    Gabriela Salcedo—Reagan High School

    Gabriela Salcedo attended Hohl Elementary and Hamilton Middle schools before coming to Reagan. She is active in University Interscholastic League activities in math and English. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, reading, and gardening.

     

    Salcedo plans to pursue a degree in biophysics at Carnegie Mellon University. She lists her favorite subject as biology. She has been recognized as an Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction and a National Hispanic Recognition Scholar.
