Current Audit Committee members are Janette Garza Lindner (chairperson), Ric Campo, and Adam Rivon.

The School Board approved a new Audit Committee Charter in June 2024, limiting the scope of the committee’s work to a strictly advisory role to the board. The committee is therefore not subject to requirements under the Texas Open Meetings Act (TOMA), as it has no “authority to supervise or control public business or public policy.”
