Human Capital Fellowship, is a cohort of 21 Teach For America alumni paired with senior leaders in HISD to learn more about district initiatives. The Human Capital Fellowship is made possible by a generous grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Effective Teacher Pipeline, supports the district’s goal to have a highly effective teacher in every classroom by recruiting highly effective teachers to transfer into Apollo 20 schools. The Effective Teacher Pipeline is supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
