    Edgar Sanchez—South Early College High School

    Edgar Sanchez plans to pursue a degree in architecture from Texas Tech University. He attended J. P. Henderson Elementary and Thomas Middle schools before graduating from SECHS. Sanchez has been active in CSTEM, University Interscholastic League, and Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo art competitions.

    Sanchez, who lists his favorite subject as mathematics, and he enjoys running, playing chess, and watching movies in his spare time. He has been recognized for his outstanding performance in algebra 2, English, Spanish, and art.

    Reggie Jackson—South Early College High School

    Reggie Jackson plans to attend Texas Tech University and major in engineering. He is a member of the National Honor Society, and he lists his favorite subject as mathematics.

    Jackson attended Young Elementary and Attucks Middle schools before coming to SECHS. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, debating, and researching political and social issues.
