The Department of Athletics, will offer FREE physicals.

When: Saturday, June 5, 2021

Where: Delmar Fieldhouse,  2020 Mangum Rd., Houston TX. 77092

Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

For: All athletes, band members, cheerleaders and drill/dance team members  

Please note:
*Face covering MUST be worn at all times.
*Social distancing will be fully in force.
*Students will sign in, complete the Covid 19 questionnaire, have their temperature checked.
*Students will need a physical form.
*The physical forms are attached (Physicals Form - English & Physicals Form - Spanish) or you can receive a form from a coach.
*Student will need physical forms to be filled out completely prior to arrival.
