    Spencer Shen

    Spencer Shen, who enjoys playing basketball, soccer, and the cello, attended T.H. Rogers before coming to HSPVA. He has not yet selected a course of study there, but he plans to attend Princeton University in the fall, and he lists his favorite subject as physics.

    Shen has been named a National Merit Scholar Finalist, and he is active in the Orchestra and Chamber Music Clubs. Shen has also served as the president of the National Honor Society, and he is a member of the school newspaper's staff.

    Daniel Moore

    Daniel Moore—High School for Performing and Visual Arts

    Daniel Moore attended schools in Brazosport ISD before coming to HSPVA. He lists his favorite subjects as mathematics and science, and he plans to study molecular biology and music at St. Olaf College.

    Moore is a member of the National Honor Society, the Science Club, and the Composition Club. In his spare time, Heredia enjoys composing and listening to music and reading.
