    Yaddy Rojas—Sharpstown High School

     

    Yaddy Rojas, who lists math as her favorite subject, is a product of Sugar Grove Elementary and Sharpstown Middle schools. She plans to pursue a degree in business from Texas A&M University, from which she has already received a Century Scholarship, a Regents Scholarship, a Jones Scholarship, and a Top Ten Percent Scholarship. Rojas is also the recipient of a Metropolitan Scholarship from the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

     

    Rojas is a member of the National Honor Society, the Ecology Club, and AVID. She is also an Honor Roll student who has been recognized for maintaining a perfect attendance record and who serves as the senior class secretary. In her spare time, Rojas enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, and photography.

    Victoria Ho

    Victoria Ho—Sharpstown High School 

    Victoria Ho attended White Elementary and Sharpstown Middle schools before graduating from Sharpstown High. She is a member of her school’s National Honor Society, and she has served as the public affairs officer, physical training commander, and color guard co-commander through the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps.


    Ho has been named Cadet of the Year, Distinguished Cadet, and Superior Instructor through JROTC. She lists scrapbooking, photography, and trying new foods as three of her interests and physics, biology, and calculus as some of her favorite subjects. Ho plans to enlist in the United States Air Force after graduation and begin her pre-med studies while on duty.
