HISD Winter Holiday Schedule: School Resumes January 8

The Houston Independent School District's 2012 Winter Holiday schedule is as follows:

Students do not attend school from Monday, December 24, 2012, through Monday, January 7, 2013.

Students return to school on Tuesday, January 8, 2013.

HISD central and administrative offices will be closed beginning December 24, 2012, and reopen on January 7, 2013.

The HISD Police Department will be patrolling district facilities all during the holiday break. Emergencies may be reported by calling 713-892-7777.
