Andreas Peeples, Executive Officer - Construction Services

Andreas Peeples serves as the Officer of Construction Services for the Houston Independent School District. He's been with the district since August 2014, previously serving as part of the executive leadership team for the District’s $2.1 billion 2012 Bond Program in his role as General Manager of Construction.   

Prior to joining HISD, Peeples served as Director of Operations and Construction for Stafford Municipal School District and has worked on numerous school construction bond programs in both Houston, Texas and Atlanta, GA. 

Peeples currently oversees the financial management, design, and construction management of HISD school building and construction projects under the district’s 2012 bond program. He has 25 years of professional experience in commercial construction, K-12 construction, and the Program Management/Project Management industry.  

A graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University, Peeples received his bachelor’s degree in construction engineering and his master’s degree in construction management. He is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC).
