Design, Media, and Online Learning (DMOL)
The DMOL team is dedicated to providing quality online professional development opportunities for staff in HISD. Our group is comprised of Instructional Design/Online Learning Specialists, an Instructional Video/Media Production team, and Graphic Designers who work with departments from across the district to develop training resources for increasing effective instruction in the classroom.Our online courses for HISD staff can be found on OneSourceMe Learning.

Online Learning
The Online Learning team consists of Instructional Designers experienced with developing online, computer-based training. We collaborate with our content partners to re-think their content for online, self-paced delivery.

Instructional Media
The Instructional Media team creates digital media specifically for professional development training. Housed at the HISD Educational Learning Center, our team provides several services including:
