Personal Graduation Plan

The personal graduation plan is a working document used by counselors and/or administrators designated by the principal to track student completion of graduation requirements.  It is a tool used to document grades, endorsement selections, and coursework.  The personal graduation plan is an opportunity for students, parents/guardians, and counselors/administrators to meet individual student needs.  The use of the personal graduation plan is necessary to ensure desired outcomes for college and career readiness.
