• Present electronic ticket, on a mobile device.
• DO NOT PRESS “REDEEM”, PRIOR TO ENTRY. AUTHORIZED HISD STAFF WILL COMPLETE THE PROCESS.
• When presenting access tickets at the gates, click “VIEW TICKETS”. 

NOTE: Tickets can be shared via text/email with other mobile devices for guests.

• Parking passes will be emailed from GoFan to the email address used in the user profile.
• PARKING PASS TICKETS MUST BE PRINTED AND DISPLAYED ON VEHICLE DASHBOARD.
• Parking passes may be requested to be viewed on mobile device to redeem pass.
