The AE(LOCAL) Constraints Review Ad Hoc Committee was established on June 26, 2024. 

•    The committee is comprised of Janette Garza Lindner, Michelle Cruz Arnold, and Audrey Momanaee.
•    The charge of the committee is, with the assistance of the board coach, to review the constraints as set forth in AE(LOCAL) to determine whether the constraints are an appropriate representation of the community's values, and whether the constraints as written require additional clarification, definition, or supplementation in order to align with the intention of the constraints as adopted by the board.  If either of these things is true, make recommendations to the full board of potential modifications to constraint language which may include providing additional clarification, definition, or supplementation to existing constraints, the proposal of additional constraints, or the proposed elimination of existing constraints.  
•    The deadline for conclusion of committee work and dissolution of the committee is the board meeting at which final reading of any recommended modifications to AE(LOCAL) are considered, or if none, the board meeting at which such report is made to the board.
