    Please call (713) 556-9400 to reach the CFS Customer Support Center for any emergency, or to submit a Maintenance Request for work.  This is a 24-hour, 7-days a week “hotline” that may be called whenever there is a need on campus.  
     
    When speaking with a CFS Customer Support Center Representative, please provide the following information:

    Your name
    The TEA number/school name or facility name
    Location of the problem
    Description of the problem

     
    Construction and Facility Services (CFS) endeavors to provide optimum service to each campus.  It is important that we continue to communicate information that is pertinent and current to your needs.  In order to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of requests for maintenance service, please contact the CFS Customer Support Center, at (713) 556-9400
     
    The Customer Support Center puts you in direct contact with our Maintenance and Operation dispatch team. Our streamlined process makes this a “one stop shop” for service.  Upon receiving a call, the Customer Support Center representative will promptly prioritize the work involved, and alert the necessary CFS Team Members. This enables us to respond quickly, and in an appropriate amount of time to resolve the issues reported.

    When calling the Customer Support Center at (713) 556-9400, we also track the request for work with follow-up service.  This allows CFS to keep a close eye on campus equipment, and eventually, schedule preventative maintenance.  CFS is striving to ensure that every school stays up and running.
