Frost Elementary School is a completely new building built with funds from the 2007 bond program to replace a nearly 50-year-old building.
The 85,700-square foot school is built with additional educational opportunities in mind with design elements that can be used as teaching tools. A rainwater collection system was built as well as specially designed areas of the school used as part of the science and social studies instruction.
There is new technology, including SMART boards, in every classroom, with labs specifically built for computer and science lessons.
