Library Program of the Year

  • The Library Program of the Year (LPOY) award is designed to recognize and celebrate the school library media program that provides outstanding service to students, staff, and the community through the professional campus library staff’s excellence in job performance, professionalism, and innovative approaches to literacy. The LPOY serves as an example of how effective campus library programs impact student achievement and provide safe, nurturing environments for students, staff, and the community. The award is presented in partnership with Houston Association of School Librarians (HASL).
