October College, Career, & Military Readiness Month

    • The HISD College & Career Readiness Departments are excited to celebrate HISD’s Virtual College, Career, and Military Readiness Month! Our goal is to bring a fun, creative, as well as informative way to engage your students and parents while introducing them to various post-secondary pathways and much more. We are building upon our theme of “Build Today. Connect Tomorrow. Future Forward.” Throughout the month join the Office of College and Career Readiness as we host virtual events for both students and parents. 

       Represent Your Favorite College, Career, or Military Branch

      Throughout the month of October, we encourage faculty and staff to represent their favorite colleges, career, or military branch. We encourage faculty and staff to wear the above attire and/or have a CCMR related virtual background.

      We want to see how you and your campus is celebrating College, Career, & Military Readiness Month. Follow Career Readiness at @HISDCTE and College Readiness at @HISD2COLLEGE on social media to get up to date information. Use #HISDCCMR2022 to share your CCMR Month activities.
