    Development and Support
     
    All Apollo 20 Fellows attend a rigorous training before the beginning of the school year. Training includes everything fellows need to be successful including but not limited to:
    • How to plan and structure an effective tutorial session
    • How to create a motivational and encouraging learning environment for all students
    • How to cultivate strong relationships with students and families
    In addition, each fellow has a program coordinator who provides on campus support and extensive professional development throughout the school year to help them grow into strong effective tutors.
     
    The Apollo 20 Fellows Program also offers opportunities to forge relationships with principals and other district partners, that open doors of opportunity both in the classroom and beyond.
